Subdivision Surveys

If you are considering a subdivision of your property, you may need to refer and comply with applicable local By-Laws and Zoning requirements for your area.  It is suggested that you initially speak to a Municipal Development Officer (DO) to discuss any of your plans to ensure that you are aware of any possible restrictions that may affect your property.

If you’d prefer, we can also make inquiries on your behalf.  This would enable us to become involved at an early stage which can make for a smooth process from start to final approval of your subdivision.
